Valhalla

Terms of use

Personal edition · 11 October 2026

1. What you are getting

Valhalla is a desktop application that assembles requests to an AI model from a set of personas, skills and your own knowledge files. It is made by SnapOps Cloud Solutions ("we"). The personal edition is free of charge.

The software is licensed under the PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0; these terms restate it in plain words and add what a download needs.

2. What you may do

You may install and use Valhalla on devices you own or control, for your own personal, educational or non-commercial purposes, including evaluating it.

3. What needs a commercial licence

You may not use Valhalla, or anything built with it, in the course of a business or for the benefit of a business or other organisation; sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute it; remove or alter its notices; or use it to build a competing product. If you want to use it at work, for a company or for clients, write to us and we will sort out a commercial licence.

4. Your data and the models

Valhalla runs on your machine. It sends what you type, together with the personas, skills and knowledge it assembles, to the AI provider you configure — Anthropic through the Claude Code tool or its API, an OpenAI-compatible service, or a local server — under that provider's own terms. We do not receive it. The privacy page says exactly what reaches us, which is one request a day for the release list, if you leave that on.

5. No warranty

Valhalla is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from its use. Through the AI tools you give it, it can run commands on your machine; read what it proposes before you let it.

6. Changes and termination

We may update these terms with a new version of Valhalla. Your licence ends if you break these terms; you may end it at any time by deleting the application.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and any dispute belongs to the courts of Tel Aviv.
